The analytical structure, absolute values and angular anisotropy of the triple differential cross section of elastic photon-photon scattering in the field of a multicharged neon-like atomic ion are theoretically predicted. Keywords: elastic scattering, neon-like atomic ion, X-ray photon, scattering probability amplitude, triple differential cross section.
